Mattie Part Two

So tonight we had a friend of ours from work over for dinner. Needless to say, the boys were ecstatic all day for the company that we had coming. When she finally got here that evening Matthew and Justin were all over her. Every thing that they could think of to get her attention they would do repeatedly. But the biggest shocker of the evening came during dinner, when Matthew looked over at this woman and said - in a most conversational tone -

"Ya know, my old man is kinda chubby."

Stunned silence ensued, as we weren't quite sure we had heard him right. I'm quite certain that I've never said anything like that before... Then, shortly after we had finished eating, Matthew climbed down from the table and said "Hey, you wanna see my great big bump?" and dropped his pants to his ankles. Both of us lunged for him and "closed up shop", and luckily his shirt hung down far enough that nobody saw much of anything. What he had wanted us to see with his "great big bump" was really a scratch he had on his waistline from where his underwear had been twisted for part of the day. Needless to say, it's questionable as to whether this friend will ever accept another dinner invitation to the Hobbs household.
